You will need  cream cheese, butter, sour cream garlic powder, salt and pepper some chives chopped fine.  Add equal amount first 3 ingredients, then add salt pepper and chives to taste ... whip till creamy.   Next take trout fillets,  spread melted butter, salt and pepper on center on fillets and place on grill skin side UP and (make sure grill grates have been sprayed or oiled well) sear this side ONLY.  Have a sprayed pan ready to flip fillets into with the skin side DOWN, spread the creamy mixture onto the fillets and finish baking in grill till bubbly done. Foil boats work great for this last step and eliminate the pan clean up, just take heavy duty foil cut into pieces big enough for fillets and at least 1 extra inch for each side.  Twist the ends till it looks like a canoe, spray and fill with fish.  Double foil if large fillets are used and use spatula when removing, foil will bend and spill easy.
